Overview
Why Attend
Educational management is a process practiced by educational institutions of all kinds, and it is concerned with the implementation, control and evaluation of activities within these institutions that verify educational purposes, and varies according to the different level of the institution and its educational content, but most of them share effective roles and a shared vision that they implement on the ground.
The roles of the educational administration include the administrative, educational and social field in an integrated manner in order to reach a successful educational administration that works to raise performance by applying moral principles and demoralizing employees in educational institutions as well as to increase their efficiency and productivity.
